QMark Research’s focus group room is equipped with a full wall of one-way mirror and tiered seating for up to 11 people so that the client, you and other staff can observe the groups in session.
We have the largest and newest focus group facility in Hawaii. Our in-house facility is located at our downtown Honolulu office at 1003 Bishop Street, Pauahi Tower.
All telephone surveys, including interviews with mainland and Guam respondents, are handled through QMark’s in-house calling center located at our downtown Honolulu office, which offers the maximum assurance of control and validity, through a combination of continuous supervision and access to project staff. The calling center is equipped with a bank of 30 telephone stations equipped with Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) software.
QMark’s CATI software consists of the most recent version of Sawtooth software that includes various advanced features. It allows for screening of responses for consistency, completeness and within range. Also, it maintains a calling log that assures that sampled telephone numbers that are not contacted are followed-up at different times and on different days to assure the greatest response rate. Furthermore, each telephone number is given a completion code that allows managers to see the non-responses and responses by category. Finally, the system allows supervisors to remotely monitor on-going interviews for quality assurance. Thus CATI assures the highest level of quality and the most efficient and complete utilization of the sample, achieving the best response rate.
